Appreciation
Teton Valley Idaho appreciation has been very strong for decades. Yet prices are still years behind those of “discovered” resort markets such as Jackson, Sun Valley, Aspen, Deer Valley, Tahoe, etc. The following graph illustrates the appreciation of select subdivisions in the Driggs area. None posess the complete combination of stunning peak views, mature forests, creeks, private meadows, rich wildlife, trails, eco-sensitivity, and quality master plan of South Leigh Creek Ranch. Past appreciation of other developments is no guarantee of appreciation for any Leigh Creek development.
